3 bedroom 4 bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Resort! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this spacious townhome has room for the whole family. Centrally located in Panama City Beach, Gulf Highlands is a gated, family-friendly resort with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and shuffleboard. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

You’ll find all the comforts of home with high-speed wifi, smart tv’s in every bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living room has plenty of space to watch tv, play games or read. There is an enclosed porch and outdoor patio that backs up to the canal where you can feed the fish and turtles. The largest pool in the complex is a short walk from our front door.

THINGS TO NOTE:
We only provide a starter-pack of amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) to get you through a couple of days.
Dog friendly, but max of 2 dogs. there is a flat $100 pet fee.

We do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.

Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed. A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card and released after your stay.

We have a front door security camera aimed at the parking spaces. This is to provide security and footage in case of any incidents.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
