PETS
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking.

3-4 mid size vehicles max
A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first!)

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY indoors - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

Security Deposit and Rental agreement
Signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed 24 hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 24 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and will be given a door code prior to arrival. Guests also can enjoy the back gate fence for easy access to get to the beach quickly and a short walk to a Schooners
